Performance at the 2018 Ahrensburg Town Festival
Once again this year, the Musicalschule Ahrensburg accepted the invitation from the Ahrensburg City Forum and performed a half-hour programme on stage on Hagener Allee at the 2018 Ahrensburg City Festival.
With a group of almost 100 (!) students and supervisors, we walked together to the stage after a morning of rehearsals at the musical school – which was quite an achievement in itself for our Mini Movers. We were thrilled by the performance itself: from the Mini Movers right through to our “Young Adults”, all the groups did a brilliant job of showing just what they’re capable of! Headteacher Jacqui Dunnley-Wendt and her team put together and developed an exciting and entertaining programme, and presenter Marko Formanek guided the audience through the programme with his usual confidence: thank you!
And the response? What can we say – we’ve come to the Ahrensburg Town Festival with a larger group every year so far, but this time there were even more spectators gathered in front of the stage for our performance! Not only does that make the performance even more fun, but the great atmosphere on the stage clearly rubs off on the audience – and vice versa. So a huge thank you also goes to all the spectators who made our performance even more special: thank you very much!
