Your Training at Musical Dance Adults
Every session begins with a shared warm-up. Everyday life stays outside, the body gets ready, the group comes together.
After that, we work on technical fundamentals from jazz dance and ballet. Step by step, you develop:
- better body control
- more confidence in your movements
- a feel for space and rhythm
- more expression while dancing
Then it’s on to choreography. Together, you develop pieces from the world of musical theatre – with music that inspires, movements that challenge, and the wonderful feeling of having achieved something together by the end of a rehearsal.
