The anniversary show marking the 5th anniversary of the Musicalschule Ahrensburg:

5 crazy years of musicals

In early 2019, the Musicalschule Ahrensburg will be celebrating its fifth anniversary – and this ‘little’ anniversary is to be marked with a big show! It is with gratitude – and certainly a touch of pride – that we look back on the first five (mostly) positively ‘crazy’ years of the musical school, and we look forward with great anticipation to what lies ahead!

The Anniversary Show

In a colourful programme, the students of the Musicalschule Ahrensburg will present – from the youngest, the “Musical Mini Movers” of nursery age, right through to the adults; from the singing, dancing and acting “all-rounders” to the tap dancers – musical numbers and scenes from well-known and much-loved musicals, as well as some surprises in store. The artistic direction is in the hands of Jacqueline “Jacqui” Wendt, who, together with Heidi Lammi-Brink, has also developed and rehearsed the choreography for the performances. Completely new productions stand side by side with numbers that have been part of our repertoire over the past five years – although the latter are now mostly performed by the “next generation” of students, who have taken over as they’ve grown older. Hits from Broadway and the West End are followed by excerpts from local shows and musicals. Let yourself be surprised by the versatility of the students at the Musicalschule Ahrensburg!
