Georgia Stinton will be teaching a commercial dance workshop as a guest tutor at the Musicalschule Ahrensburg!

When: Sunday, 26 September 2021

Where: Musicalschule Ahrensburg, Bogenstr. 47, 22926 Ahrensburg

Who: – Young Teens (approx. 10–12 years) 10.30 am to 12.00 pm (participation fee: €15)

Who: – Teens (approx. 13–15 years) 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm (Participation fee: €15)

Who: – Adults (aged 16 and over) 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm (Participation fee: €20)

What: Georgia Stinton (Instagram: @stintss), a 2020 graduate of Laine Theatre Arts in London, is coming exclusively to the musical school. On 26 September 2021, she will be running dance workshops for teenagers and adults, offering an insight into the work of a young professional in London and the training at a renowned college.

Georgia wants to focus on having fun during her workshops and assures all participants that they should approach the sessions with a relaxed and open mind. She will be teaching commercial jazz dance – currently popular in many social media videos – and asks participants to come in casual dancewear, including caps or similar… it’s set to be fresh and energetic!

We’re looking forward to welcoming Georgia Stinton, whose career we’ve been following for a long time, and we hope everyone has a great time at her workshops! Please note that Georgia doesn’t speak German 🙂

Georgia is a graduate of the 2020 cohort at Laine Theatre Arts (UK) and is delighted to finally be working in show business after five years of studying musical theatre!

She discovered her love of ballet and tap dancing at an early age at a small dance school in her hometown, and quickly developed her skills by taking singing lessons and taking part in her school’s theatre productions.

After applying to drama schools for two years, she was accepted onto the Laine programme on a scholarship. During her time at Laine, she has already performed in the famous English pantomimes.

Now, with her degree in the bag, she can’t wait to come to Germany to create, teach and get to know the wonderful students at the Musicalschule Ahrensburg!

– To make a binding booking, we require your full name, address and email address.

– Bookings can be made online via the Musicalschule Ahrensburg’s website. Alternatively, you can book offline at the Musicalschule Ahrensburg.

– The booking can only be confirmed once payment has been received by the Ahrensburg Musical School; the fee is generally non-refundable. In the event of illness or inability to attend, please contact the Ahrensburg Musical School; we will then be happy to try to invite an alternative participant. The fee paid can only be refunded if a replacement participant is found.

– By booking, the participant agrees that, where applicable, photographs, audio and/or video recordings in which they may be seen or heard may be made and published.

– The 3G rule currently applies: Due to Covid restrictions, only those who are vaccinated, have recovered from Covid or have tested negative are currently permitted to enter the musical school. These requirements may be subject to change.

– Please bring indoor trainers or, preferably, jazz dance shoes.
